Subprocessors

Becurious processes personal data on behalf of its clients, for example when hosting, managing and supporting websites. For part of this work, we engage specialised third parties. We select these subprocessors with care. Each subprocessor is bound by agreements that offer at least the same level of protection as the agreements we have with our clients.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some subprocessors are established outside the European Economic Area or may process data outside it. In those cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection, for example because the party is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or because we have agreed to the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.

Changes
When we intend to engage a new subprocessor or replace an existing one, we inform clients with whom we have a data processing agreement at least [30] days in advance. Within that period, they may raise a reasoned objection. This page always shows the current overview.
