2. Personal data we process

We process personal data that you provide to us, as well as data collected automatically when you visit our website or use our services.

This may include:

  • Address details (where relevant for service delivery or invoicing)

We only process data that is necessary to deliver our services or improve our website.

4. Data retention

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

  • Data in our financial administration is retained for seven (7) years, as required by law.
  • Contact or enquiry data (such as emails or quote requests) is retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months.
    After these periods, data is securely deleted.

We only share personal data with carefully selected partners who assist us in providing our services, such as hosting providers, email platforms, or analytical tools.

All such partners are bound by data processing agreements, ensuring that your data is processed securely and only for the intended purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial use.

Becurious uses functional, analytical and marketing cookies to ensure proper website operation, improve performance, and display relevant content.

Upon your first visit, our cookie solution Cookie Consent Management will ask for your consent to place non-essential cookies.
You can update your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of our website.

We use, among others:

  • Google Analytics 4 (anonymous website statistics; IP addresses are not stored)
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel (for analytics and personalised advertising, only after consent)

Cookies are retained for a maximum of 26 months.

7. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration.
Only employees who require access for their work can view personal data, and all are bound by confidentiality obligations.

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • have your data deleted (“right to be forgotten”);
  • object to or restrict data processing;
  • request the transfer of your data to yourself or another organisation.
