After founding Becurious in 1999, Thomas started his study at the Hotelschool The Hague in 2000. The management internship at Leading Hotels of the World triggered his interest in helping hotels becoming less depending on external parties. After successfully finishing his study, his work for Becurious became serious business. Therefore, an office in Amsterdam was found in 2007 and the first steps towards a Hotel Content Management System were made.
As a specialist web design agency for hotels, Becurious became the partner of choice for a growing number of hotels and hotel groups. In 2017 online marketing services were added to generate greater ROI. To offer template-based hotel website services to hotels in a more international perspective, Porter - Premium Hotel Website Templates was launched in 2018.
Thomas has a deep interest and knowledge in digital marketing, project management and hotel technology. Nowadays, his knowledge and experience are used to help hotels and hotel groups in achieving their strategic marketing objectives.
